A brief presentation of the guided hike will be made by the local guide before starting. After driving to the hike track in the company's car, we will hike for around 3 hours (9:30am - 12:30pm). Once the hike is completed, we will drive back to the office and finish the experience at 1pm. \n\nThe experience takes place on the highest mountain of the Algarve, Monchique. The influence of the Atlantic Ocean gives this mountain a unique microclimate. Streams flow and water is an abundant resource. The mountain is known for its forest, its resources and for containing unique species.\n\nMonchique has a large network of hiking trails. To carry out this experience, there will be 3 options for routes that will be chosen taking into account the preferences of our clients.\n\nAfter completing the guided hike, we will return to the initial meeting point.
