Decisions about early returns to the harbor, belong to the skipper.\n4º The tours can be cancelled if the minimum number of passengers are not reached. Clients will be full refunded.\n5º Seacret Tours is not responsible or liable for any personal property lost or damaged during the trip.\n6º Cancellations without notice, same day cancellations or no show at the departure time will not be refunded.\n7º In case of accident on board all passengers are covered by insurance under Portuguese law.","internalNote":"IMPORTANTE:\nA partir do dia 10 de Setembro de 2023, as autoridades marítimas proibiram a entrada de todos os kayaks na gruta de Benagil até ao final do ano.\nDeste modo, o acesso à gruta de Benagil só é permitida através de barco. \nIremos entrar na gruta de barco, podendo ficar cerca de 5-6 minutos para tirar fotografias. \nO passeio de kayak inicia-se à saída da gruta de Benagil e continua nessa zona, onde se poderá visitar outras grutas e zonas rochosas.\n\nIMPORTANT:\nFrom September 10th 2023, authorities have banned all kayaks from entering the Benagil cave until the end of the year.\nTherefore, access to the Benagil cave is only permitted by boat.\nWe will enter the cave by boat, stay approximately 5-6 minutes to take photographs.\nThe kayak tour begins as soon as we exit the Benagil cave and continues in that area, where you can visit other caves."}
